Welcome to the official FlyAcademy integration course.

This compulsory course has been designed to get you up and running quickly: understanding FlyPool, mastering FlyStore & selling advertising space, succeeding in your field and digital approaches, and signing your first contracts. By the end of this course, you'll be certified, equipped and ready to perform in your market.

Course objectives

  • Understand the FlyPool offer, how the FlyStore works and the FlyPoints system.
  • Present FlyPool and sell an advertising offer / get a sponsor.
  • Independent use of Odoo, Mattermost and OwnCloud tools.
  • Ability to produce and send reports as requested.
  • Validate 1 practical case (interview simulation or first signed partner).

Duration & format

Total duration : 4 weeks (intensive course) - mix of e-learning + live sessions + field exercises.

Format: short videos, lectures, quizzes, practical exercises, 3 compulsory live sessions.

Detailed itinerary - Modules

Module 0 - Start-up & administration (Day 0)

Objectives : configure your access and documents.

To do : Create / check access to Mattermost, Odoo, OwnCloud, FlyAcademy. Upload professional photo + mini-bio on profile. Sign NDA and representation certificate (doc supplied).

Resources : integration checklist (NextCloud).

Validation : all confirmed accesses + deposited documents.

Module 1 - FlyPool: vision & products (Week 1)

Objectives : understand the mission, the ecosystem, FlyPoints, FlyStore.

Contents: Video: "Why FlyPool - the vision" (10 min). Doc: product presentation, FlyStore & advertising formats. Quiz: 10 questions (must pass).

Expected result: 3-sentence summary of FlyPool's value to a local partner.

Module 2 - Advertising offers & Sponsorship (Week 1)

Objectives : master offer brochures, price lists and sales pitches.

Contents: Reading: B2B brochures (NextCloud). Video: sales script + objection handling (roleplay). Exercise: prepare a proposal for 1 typical company (template provided).

Validation : completed and uploaded proposal.

Module 3 - Sales & negotiation in the field (Week 1)

Objectives : prospecting techniques, appointments, closing.

Contents: Step-by-step guide: how to get an appointment, intro letter, phone script. Sample e-mail & LinkedIn template. Live session: interview simulation (role-play with team leader).

Recommended KPIs (onboarding) : 10 qualified contacts / 3 appointments made / 1 proposal sent.

Validation : record an audio simulation or show proof of RDV.

Module 4 - Digital & community (Week 2)

Objectives : digital actions to recruit users & prospects.

Contents: LinkedIn checklist: profile optimization + posts templates. Mini-course: basic advertising (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) + UTM tracker. Exercise: publish 1 launch post and report on engagement.

Validation : post capture + URL + short analysis.

Module 5 - Tools & reporting (Week 2)

Objectives : use Odoo for leads, quotes, contracts; produce weekly reports.

Contents: Odoo tutorial: create lead → quote → contract → invoice. Weekly report + daily checklist template (Excel/Odoo format). Video: how to submit expenses / notes.

Validation : create a lead test + submit 1 simulated weekly report.

Module 6 - Field operations & compliance (Week 2)

Objectives : safety, ethics, relations with airport/authorities.

Contents: Code of conduct (airport procedures, authorizations). Branding rules (logo use, official documents). Case study: writing and delivering a letter of introduction.

Validation : finalized intro letter + signed compliance checklist.

Module 7 - FlyPoints, QR & FlyStore (Week 3)

Objectives : explain the FlyPoints system, QR coupon mechanism and sales reporting.

Contents: FlyStore tutorial: adding products, managing vouchers, QR lifecycle. Case study: offer 1 local product on FlyStore (model + price).

Validation : artwork + sales justification.

Module 8 - Final assessment & certification (End of Week 3)

Objectives : validate skills and issue FlyPool Ambassador certificate.

Components: Final quiz (min 80% required). Submission of practical file: 1 complete business proposal OR proof of first signed partner (if applicable). Quick final interview with Team Leader (15-20 min).

Quantifiable objectives & Rewards

  • Have 100% accesses configured (Mattermost / Odoo / OwnCloud).
  • Publish at least 1 optimized LinkedIn post and invite 50 contacts.
  • Contact 10 qualified prospects and obtain 3 appointments.
  • Submit 1 sales proposal (use FlyPool template).
  • Complete 100% of modules + obtain 80% in the final quiz.

Rewards & incentives

  • FlyPoints bonus on registration: completion of Module 0 = X FP (configurable).

Ratings : automated quizzes, review of deliverables, final interview.

Non-conformity : repeated absence from live sessions or failure to complete modules - formal reminder followed by probation (7 days); if no improvement, suspension of access to leads and FlyPoints.

Cancellation : if 3 months of inactivity without justification, Ambassador status may be revoked in accordance with the contract.

Q: Is there a charge for the course?
A: No - access is reserved and validated by FlyPool.

Q : Do I have to be present at the live sessions?
A: Yes, the 3 live sessions are compulsory; if you can't make it, let your Team Leader know.

Q: How long does it take to become self-sufficient?
A: Target: 4 weeks; some ambassadors may be operational before that, depending on their commitment.

Q: What if I sign a partner during onboarding?
A: Congratulations - report it immediately via Odoo and your Team Leader will validate the procedure (billing process and FlyPoints allocation).
