The course is intensive and lasts approximately 4 weeks (mix of e-learning, live sessions and field exercises). Some ambassadors can be operational more quickly, depending on their commitment.
No. Access is reserved and validated by FlyPool for Ambassadors, ATLs and partners.

Visit 3 live sessions are mandatory. If you can't make it, let your Team Leader know. Repeated absences will result in a formal reminder, followed by probation (7 days). No improvement, suspension of access to leads and FlyPoints.
Certification is issued by FlyAcademy after validation of the practical modules, the final quiz (80 % required) and a quick interview with your Team Leader.
Yes, it's even encouraged. Report it immediately via Odoo and your Team Leader will validate the procedure (billing and FlyPoints allocation).
Odoo (contracts/invoicing/CRM), Mattermost (communication), OwnCloud (resources), FlyAcademy (modules) and FlyStore (FlyPoints and QR coupon management).
You benefit from mentoring by an ATLA dedicated channel on Mattermost, regular Q&A and email support. You can ask questions at any time.
Each module completed, quiz passed or action validated automatically credits your FlyPoints. The "FlyPool Ambassador" badge appears on your FlyAcademy/Mattermost profile upon certification.
